What will you do?

  • Professionally handle dispute cases related to return process
  • Dealing with issues related to operating/ system errors that might affect customer experience.
  • Dealing with user complaints on social media that might affect company branding
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate and analyze problems; find out the root causes and propose solutions that effectively recover Customer Experience.
  • Clarifying the customer's complaints, resolve customer issues or follow escalation process
  • Take high responsibility in serving customers by wow Customer Success
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
  • Assist team lead in other tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Ecommerce/Finance/Banking.
  • Good knowledge in eCommerce platform/ Fintech/ Digital banking are advantages.
  • Good relationship with internal and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Critical thinking and have service mindset
